Contact support
You can reach our support team through chat or email. When you contact us from within the Templ Panel, we automatically see who you are and which sites you host with us, which lets us help you much faster. Sharing screenshots and error messages is also far easier in chat.
Chat
Chat is the fastest way to reach us and our recommended channel. Click the chat button to send us a message from:
- The Templ Panel - best option, since we can see your account and sites right away.
- Our website and this documentation site.
A chat message is seen by the whole team, so whoever is available can pick it up and help you.
When you start a chat, our AI assistant answers first. It's trained on this documentation, replies instantly around the clock, and resolves most common questions right away - often the fastest way to get help. If it can't solve your issue, the conversation is automatically escalated to our support team.
You can also email us at [email protected]. Chat is usually faster, but email works well for longer messages or when you want a written record.
Slack (partners)
Templ partners get a dedicated shared Slack channel for their team. It's a convenient way to reach us for day-to-day questions and coordinate on client sites without leaving your own workspace.
If you're a partner and don't have a shared channel yet, or you'd like to join the partner program, reach out and we'll set it up.
Support hours
Our support team is available on business days, 8:00-16:00 CET (Stockholm time). Outside these hours - evenings and weekends - we handle emergency issues only, such as a website being down. We monitor all hosted websites around the clock and are notified automatically if a site goes down, but you can also report emergencies in the chat at any time. Non-emergency messages are answered the next business day. Our AI assistant is available 24/7, so you can get instant answers to most questions at any time.
Do you offer phone support?
No, we only offer support through chat and email. Phone support is inefficient for a hosting company - a call reaches only one person, whereas a chat message is seen by the whole team so anyone available can help.
Chat and email are also better suited to technical support: it's far easier to copy-paste error messages, share screenshots, and send links than to describe them over the phone.
